I dislike the word "Idiots" in the title. It was years before I could bring myself to open any of the "Dummies" or "Idiots" books, simply because their titles turned me off. The information they have is often first rate, but I wish they'd chosen better titles.

Let me just add that Fat Loss for Idiots (yeah the Idiots makes me kinda cringe..) has fantastic advice on how to stay slim once you lose the weight. It is the first diet that I really feel like I could stick to and its also the first diet that I can get excited about doing.

FatLossforIdiots: Top 10 Rules of Fat Loss I didn't take the "idiot" diet serious at first for obvious reasons. Then I took a look at Fat Loss For Idiots home page- and it made sense to me. The food the diet uses is like a weight loss pill. I've grown to actually look forward to meals. Lots of options!

The combinations make this diet seem wierd but it does work so don't under estimate what's they've put together. I wanted to lose a quick ten pounds for an upcoming event. Now that it's worked I'm going to scale down to the maintenance mode.

Well, I have been doing Fatloss4Idiots for a month and a half now and let me tell you all......it is FANTASTIC. I am never hungry and have more energy than I have ever had in my entire life. I have lost 18 lbs with 22 more to go. Piece of Cake!! Pardon the punn..but it is. As far as going back and changing my habits to my old way of eating, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. Habit is a funny thing. If you enjoy the habit and you feel great when you do the habit, then you stick with it. Also , I have found that I have become quite creative with these food selections. Well, I hope this helps anyone considering this diet It is the best gift I ever gave to myself.

I Love it! I am a competative triathlete and have a few extra pounds I had to lose. Nothing seemed to work as my body was always looking for food to replace the work out. I never, for one moment believed the 9lb loss but I liked the setup of the short term, easy to follow diet. This is not a long term thing - good for a few sessions and then your body needs to stabelize before starting again. I lost weight very easily (12lbs) and kept it off for months now. I am going to do another 2 sessions to lose a bit more.. Again, good as short term only as per their advertising - they explain that very well. And I enjoyed the food! (I have never had success with other methods)

GREAT !!!!!! I just love this diet.... I like "instant" results it's what keeps you goin' The fat loss for idiot food was great and the fact that you got a choice was a bonus, all for the princely sum of one trip to Weightwatchers.... I have dropped a dress size in the fist eleven days and will continue for another 11. PLEEEEZE remember all you knockers that it is only for 11 days and if you don't learn anything after that you deserve the title !!!!

On Fat loss for idiots I lost 7 pounds the first 11 days! I’m happy with that considering (like I mentioned) I had not done the suggested walking.

I continued for about 2 months and lost 20 lbs (I'm about to restart it on Monday) It was the easiest diet I've ever done - although the food DOES get repititious, I needed a little break....don't worry about your cheat days, eat normally, it's important in order to "trick" your metabolism and start losing again the next cycle, yes, you'll gain back a couple pounds during those cheat days, but it's just water weight,it's gone again after a couple days back on the diet.

The closer you get to your goal weight, the slower the weight drips off, but for me, it just kept coming off..varied (8lbs, then 2, then 5, then 3...)there WAS a support forum on this sight which was AWSOME - lots of people on the diet sharing experiences, tips, recipies, unfortunately, someone ruined it for the rest of us and was forced to chut it down..... I definately recommend this diet to everyone who asks me what I did to lose so much!
